Event Information

This event is a 2-, 4-, or 6-mile walk/fun run around Lake Arlington to raise money for critical lung cancer research.The course is friendly to strollers, wheelchairs and bicycles, and free refreshments will be available to all participants. Awards will be given for a variety of categories!

Honor Marker PlantsPlant honor marker

Honor markers, each with a customized tribute message, will be placed along the event course to guide walkers and runners. To order your tribute message, download a form here. Forms must be in our Chicago office no later than Friday, May 24, 2013.

Honor Wall

An honor wall will be set up to hang pictures of your loved ones and write notes of encouragement or remembrance. We will supply paper and markers for your notes, but don't forget to bring your pictures! At the end of the event, you may take your notes and photos home with you.
