Coordinators Pam and John Trovato recently lost a parent to lung cancer. They want Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, to be the city that is battling lung cancer by raising desperately needed funds for lifesaving research. In addition to the 3K walk, Breathe Deep Philadelphia offers musical talent, kids' activities, and raffle prizes, all in a festive family atmosphere. Press your luck at some of our fantastic tricky tray prizes!
Special Guest!Mike Kunda is Philadelphia's #1 Rocky Balboa Impersonator! In 2006, Mike won the official Rocky look-a-like contest and has been entertaining people in Philly ever since. Mike is currently promoting his new book "Cue the Rocky Music" which tells his inspiring life story of reaching for his dreams!
Lights Out is a popular Philadelphia vocal group that has entertained hundreds of fans across the country. They have collaborated with the likes of Boyz II Men, Martina McBride and Ben Vereen to name a few. They are excited to be bringing their strolling acapella harmony to the Breathe Deep Philadelphia

Pop's Peeps, started by Kimberlee Conway, is a team of family, friends, and co-workers, all walking for "Pop". Pop is a 2-time survivor of 2 unrelated cases of lung cancer! He is an beacon of hope for so many, and we are so honored to have him walking with us!

Please email a photo and the name of a lost loved one to philadelphia@lungevity.org.
Indicate the team name with whom he/she is
associated. Bubbles will be available with space to write the name of
your lost loved one for a $1 donation. We will all "Breathe Deep" and
exhale a flurry of bubbles towards the sky in his or her memory. We will
continue to have an honor wall for photos at the event.
