On October 3, 2012, the Gosselin Family graciously donated $500.00 in honor of my grandmother (Edith A. Graves) who passed away from lung cancer in August 2011.

The Gosselin Family was inspired by my running 100 miles each of the last two summers to raise funds and awareness for lung cancer, that they have offered to match an additional $500.00, if I can raise $500.00 by December 31, 2012.

This means they will have given $1000.00 total for $500.00 raised!

I need your help!


About Jayda:

ABOUT

In 2011 & 2012, Jayda ran 100 miles during the summer to help raise funds for lung cancer research and to raise awareness in the community.

In 2011, at 11 years old, she raised $2580.00 for LUNGevity while running one hundred miles.

In 2012, at age 12, she raised $1341.10 while running 100 miles and helped raise awareness in the process.

I know both the Gosselin family and also Jayda. This is such a great cause and I have known Jayda ever since she started this challenge. Jayda is in my class at school and she is very passionate about this!
