We also provide the opportunity and platform to raise awareness about the challenges and disparities in lung cancer awareness, patient support and disease treatment by helping to make lung cancer a national priority and funding innovative research.
We are grateful for our generous donors whose support allows us to offer these free services.

The LUNGevity HOPE Summits are conferences for lung cancer survivors, defined as anyone who has ever been diagnosed with lung cancer of any stage, in or out of active treatment. The Welcome Reception and Regional HOPE Summit are free for lung cancer survivors; however, space is limited and registration is required.
Join LUNGevity's community of survivors in fundraising to support lung cancer research, and you could win an all expense-paid trip to the 2014 Hope Summit in Washington DC!
LUNGevity Foundation’s Lung Cancer Support Community (LCSC) is a dedicated social network offering support to anyone touched by lung cancer. Created in 2002, LCSC is the largest online lung cancer support network providing users with an extensive message board, the latest lung cancer information, 24-hour support, a card circle program, and notice for lung cancer events and advocacy opportunities that fund LUNGevity’s lung cancer research!
The Survivor Resource Center is a hub for survivors at any stage of their lung cancer journey looking for support, information about the disease, treatment options and other resources that can help make coping and living with lung cancer easier. LUNGevity’s Survivor Resource Center is the first online resource wholly devoted to lung cancer survivors.
Being a caregiver is both a rewarding and challenging experience. Caregivers willingly and selflessly devote their time to care for their loved ones battling lung cancer, while often neglecting themselves in the process. There are resources available to help caregivers be the best they can be. On this page, you will find ways to ask for help from friends and family, to get support from other caregivers, and to get real help with end-of-life issues.
LifeLine Support Partners are lung cancer survivors or co-survivors (family members and caregivers) who have walked the lung cancer journey and have come out the other side. They volunteer to mentor and offer encouragement, advice, experience and hope to those newly diagnosed and anyone needing additional support through a one-on-one personal connection by email or telephone.
Never underestimate the power of one person to make a difference! When you become a local lung cancer advocate, you join your voice with those of grassroots advocates across the country. You have an important story to tell about lung cancer, one that affects everyone, and you’ll find that people will listen. Our Advocacy Toolkit will give you all the information you'll need to get started.
LUNGevity LinkUP raises awareness about the number one cancer killer - lung cancer and builds community awareness about lung cancer and LUNGevity. The goal is to train advocates to take action! Together as one voice, the goal of LUNGevity LinkUP is to catapult lung cancer into a national priority stemming from both the local and national level. When someone signs up to be a member of the LUNGevity LinkUP we will provide training and support to enable them to become an active participant in the fight against lung cancer and empower the participant to be more involved with LUNGevity Foundation.
We know you have stories to tell, and quite often they're helpful to others out there going through similar experiences. Submit your story, or your ideas for stories, and you can help us share the message of hope.
