This past October we asked folks to nominate a spectacular lung cancer caregiver and they didn’t disappoint us. We received so many incredible nominations it was very difficult narrowing them down to just a handful of finalists.
Mr. David Sidransky of Arlington, VA is our winner!
David was nominated by family and friends for being an exceptional caregiver to his wife, Bonnie, who has lung cancer and is in active treatment. David was described as being a “strategic warrior” in his advocacy for his wife’s treatments, tirelessly working to make life easier for her and their entire family, all the while never giving up HOPE. We think David is an incredible caregiver too!
We are honoring David with a one-week stay at Cricket House in the historic Gettysburg area of Pennsylvania. The trip includes round-trip airline tickets for two.
Our thanks to Debi Wills Gemmell, owner and operator of Cricket House, for generously donating the stay.
