LUNGevity HOPE Summits are unique national and regional survivorship conferences that educate, empower, and create a community of support for lung cancer survivors. At HOPE Summits, LUNGevity serves as a bridge between patients, their families, and the medical and support communities.
Why should you go to HOPE Summit?
Each year at HOPE Summit we are reminded of the courage and quiet strength of those with lung cancer who are looking for ways to improve their lives while living with this disease.
Survivors and their families inspire us every day. At HOPE Summit we address the unmet needs of survivors and celebrate survivorship and we work hard to inspire you!
HOPE Summits are specifically for lung cancer survivors at all stages of the disease. If there are physical limitations, caregivers are welcome to register to attend with their loved one.
The Summit provides expert-led sessions to educate and inform about the latest in research and treatment options. Researchers speak about the hope in research and exciting current research developments. Participating experts also volunteer for a Q & A session so that Summit participants can interact directly with the experts.
The Summit is a one-of-a-kind conference celebrating lung cancer survivorship. It's a unique opportunity for people who have been impacted by a lung cancer diagnosis to meet and interact with each other. Participants who have been to a Summit report feeling a sense of community and have built lasting friendships.
The Summit also holds peer-to-peer sessions where attendees can hear directly from other lung cancer survivors who have walked the journey. They have a first-hand view of what it has been like to live, survive, and thrive after a lung cancer diagnosis.
